1. Digital Products — No Refunds
All products sold on DeepCrazyWorld (including but not limited to e-books, Notion templates, video courses, Canva templates, and source code) are digital products delivered instantly upon payment. Because these files can be downloaded immediately and the content can be accessed right away, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have reviewed the product description, preview images, and details before buying.
- All sales are final once payment is confirmed and the download link is made available.
- No refund will be issued for change of mind, accidental purchase, or because the product did not meet personal expectations.
2. Exceptions
We may consider a refund only in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate payment — if you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
- Non-delivery — if payment was successful but you did not receive access to the product or a working download link, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- Corrupted or non-functional files — if the file you received is genuinely broken or unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
Refund requests under these exceptions must be raised within 7 days of purchase by contacting our support team with your Order ID and a description of the issue.
3. How to Request a Review
If you believe your situation falls under one of the exceptions above:
- Go to My Account → Support and create a support ticket, or contact us directly via email.
- Include your Order ID, registered email, and a clear description of the problem.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Subscription or Recurring Payments
If a product involves a recurring payment, you may cancel future billing at any time from your account settings. Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team may result in your account being suspended and access to purchased products revoked.
